Implementing an intelligent and secured module

The CJA Panel module was requested to enhance the CJA eVoucher payment system. The design of this software solution focused on displaying and managing attorney case assignments in an intelligent, invisible and automatic system. With the facility to assign the most qualified attorney to a specific case, human error is eliminated as well as favoritism made to law firms that might be paying for the assignment to the most lucrative cases.

Randomizing the proper algorithm

The CJA Panel can be randomized at will - producing the next available and best qualified attorney without any control from the admin itself. Any workflow iteration and flow alteration requires a rejection reason to be submitted.

Enforcing rules and regulation for exception handling

The system provides a pre-defined set of motives and rejections reasons (whenever needed) and a series of maintainable flags that allow for marking of each attorney's capabilities. Flag based searches ensure that attorneys assigned to each case have the correct skills and availability.
