Redefining document processing

SD Sharp implemented a new solution to optimize the US Courts existing case management system and its time consuming, error prone, and often cumbersome process to upload documents. Integra was develop to redefine document processing and accessibility.

Identifying areas of improvement

With constant and absolute security SD Sharp identified areas in the architecture where new solutions would increase efficiency enabling court officials to focus on their primary objectives and not paperwork.

Adding various new capabilities

The system provide a series of innovative capabilities like document hopper, a much improved access to docket entries stored on the old system, an improved document sorting and most importantly the speed of access was tremendously improved, which left users very satisfied.

Online scanning combined with BarCoding

The most important new feature added was the capability to run high speed scanners online, from the page itself. This meant to cut the process of scanning and uploading the new canned documents in half. BarCoding was also added and that allowed to further cut the time needed to scan, upload and now assign to specific cases.

This new architecture increased the efficiencies of day to day court functions while maintaining the flexibility required to accommodate for future developments
