The system provide a series of innovative capabilities like document hopper, a much improved access to docket entries stored on the old system, an improved document sorting and most importantly the speed of access was tremendously improved, which left users very satisfied.Online scanning combined with BarCoding
The most important new feature added was the capability to run high speed scanners online, from the page itself. This meant to cut the process of scanning and uploading the new canned documents in half. BarCoding was also added and that allowed to further cut the time needed to scan, upload and now assign to specific cases.
